It feels like every day a new study comes out to tell us how we should live our lives. These “foolproof” studies declare the newest “magic” food to add years to our lives, or a miracle cure to treat an existing condition. However, like everyone else, you know there will always be a study not too far down the road telling everyone the exact opposite. However, some studies are blatantly false, and have been scientifically disproven. These 16 healthy habits are not only costing you money, but might be harming you in the long run.

1. Using hand sanitizer

Norovirus and C. difficile, two common infections, are immune to sanitizing gels. If you really want to have clean hands, simply wash them throughout the day.

    He is wrong on the following…MSG is a cancer causing food and it also excites the brain cells to the level that they cant ever recover and just die..its what makes you think you want more chips..more this more that..complete bs..He clearly doesnt know anything about juicing beyond the fibre been removed…many many benefits..you should be recommending juicing if you had half a brain..Gluten..well tests have shown that bread is highly addictive..its up thier with cocaine..and they even use the same process to make it..humans are all gluten intolerant..only over the years some have become more adapted to it..but make no mistake humans and gluten dont mix…and too much vitamin C sounds like crap talk too as i have a friend who is fruiterian and fasts a lot and he sometimes eats a whole pocket of oranges at the same time..called mono meals…you can never have too much fruits or veggies..haha and as for almond milk..spiritual people will be so inclined because we do not condone suffering on any level..i dont see logic in making slaves of animals because humans “want” milk..lets get that straight we dont need milk..cows produce milk for baby cows..horses produce milk for ponies, humans produce milk for humans…apart from that when i child grows up there is no need for milk at ALL..when i child is an infant..mommies milk is needed..apart from that its just humans and there ( i am the only creature on earth,stuff the rest) way of thinking.

    India had been poor country and most of the population had been agriculture worker or working in construction industry, repairer of vehicles and their hands and entire body remained in touch of dust,grease cement sand and they never got atleast that syndrome of infection.Now with the introduction of various products & to promote their sales a very dreadful picture is produced -infection by touching anything in the world.The more you use these products more you are prone to get some problem, your immune system gets weaker & weaker.
